        Lead Game Designer in helping to create our next generation cross-platform original concept title.
        The role requires an individual who demonstrates an exceptional level of literacy in game design, intimate
        knowledge of the process of building AAA-quality games, and proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
        of designers. The Lead Designer is creative, self-driven, and able to clearly and concisely communicate ideas in
        written and verbal form. They lead by example and thrive on creative collaboration with art and programming
        teams to achieve the game’s vision. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in game mechanics and level
        design on multiple AAA-quality titles.
        The Lead Designer sets and delivers on goals, while supervising the quality of creative and technical aspects of
        the work produced by the design team for the duration of the project. The Lead Designer works closely with Leads
        of other disciplines, as well as project’s Directors to create an exceptional quality product on schedule.

        The Senior Game Designer role requires an experienced and versatile individual who can lead by example and
        mentor others to improve the overall quality of design. They have a strong literacy in game design and are able to
        clearly and concisely communicate ideas in written and verbal form. The candidate has a flexible nature and a
        desire to collaborate with art and programming teams to achieve results that everybody can be proud of. The

				communicator who possesses equal comfort level in collaborating with artists and programmers towards
				reaching the goal - creating high quality art assets that are easily integrated into the game engine and meet
				technical platform constrains without sacrificing artistic integrity.
				Lead Technical Artist will define the production techniques used by artists, help design and document the art
				tools and workflow, educate/train the art team in the pipeline to ensure artists operate at peak efficiency, and
				supervise all technical aspects of art production over the duration of the project.

				Lead Concept Artist role requires an experienced, versatile, forward-thinking, and traditionally trained artist
				whose passion is to imagine and visually communicate a grand artistic vision to create a unique universe for the
				game. The ideal candidate has proven experience in creating high quality large scale production paintings (i.e.
				for mood, high action, environmental design, matte paintings), portraits and action pose renders (character
				design and/or industrial design of units), as well as model/texture production layouts (detailed multi-view layouts
				used as direct modeling reference). He/She is artistically versatile and willing to explore diverse art styles, and
				can communicate and iterate on ideas quickly by way of sketches.
				Lead Concept Artist will be creatively involved in conception and development of the artistic vision for the project
				in close collaboration with Art Director. He/She will be the key visual communicator of the vision by producing
				team-inspiring artwork to serve as blueprint for production.
